We would like to proceed with the Pro plan, and we have a few questions before moving forward:

Does Railway support static/dedicated IP addresses so that we can whitelist the IP in our system?

Does Railway provide built-in CDN support?

Are there any additional or hidden charges associated with the Pro plan, such as charges based on the number of users or other usage limits?

The Pro plan supports Static Outbound IPs per service for whitelisting purposes, though the IP is for outbound traffic only and may be shared with other customers. We do not offer a built-in CDN, but our edge network uses anycast routing across multiple global regions, and you can place Cloudflare or another CDN in front of your services. The Pro plan is $20/month (which covers your first $20 of resource usage), and beyond that you pay only for actual CPU, RAM, egress, and volume storage at published rates. There are no per-seat charges for adding members to your workspace.
