Static Outbound IPs

My bank provider can whitelist only 2 IPs. Can this Railway service use only 2 static outbound IPs by removing the last one ?

Static outbound IPs are assigned as a fixed set of 3 per service for high availability, and there is no option to reduce that to 2. You would need to ask your bank provider to allowlist all 3 IPs. More details are in our Static Outbound IPs docs.
