Hi Railway team,
I’m on the Hobby plan and considering upgrading to Pro.
I need fixed outbound IPv4 addresses for my web service because my SMS provider requires IP whitelisting.
If I upgrade to Pro, can I enable Static Outbound IPs for my service?
Will the outbound IPv4 addresses remain fixed after redeploys/restarts?

Yes, Static Outbound IPs are available on the Pro plan. Once you upgrade and enable the feature on your service, your outbound IPv4 addresses will remain fixed across redeploys and restarts. Note that after enabling, you'll need to redeploy the service for traffic to start using the assigned IPs. The IPs will only change if you move your service to a different region.
