Production worker service b064493e-e4b6-4ade-bf4b-bcc0d460d617, environment production (3d66991f-a689-437f-8575-37207f1b62bb), has Static Outbound IPs enabled. The dashboard currently shows 208.77.244.240, 152.55.184.241, and 152.55.185.190; Outbound IPv6 is disabled; it has one Amsterdam replica.
The service redeployed successfully at approximately 2026-09-07 04:54 UTC. However, a HTTPS request to our WordPress CMS at approximately 04:55 UTC was observed by the destination WAF as coming from 216.73.217.55, which is not one of the three assigned static IPs. This request was CAPTCHA challenged before it reached the CMS origin.
Railway's static outbound IP documentation says all service replicas use the assigned IPv4 addresses after redeploy. Please confirm why this deployment used 216.73.217.55 and advise the safe correction. We have not changed the region or replica count. The destination allowlist is now at its 5-IP limit, so we need a stable assigned address before retrying.
This is a Railway networking/static-IP feature issue, not an application debugging request.

The service is configured with static outbound IPs in Amsterdam with one replica, and after a redeploy, all outbound traffic from the container uses the assigned addresses. 216.73.217.55 does not appear in our network data for this service, so we cannot confirm that request originated from your Railway worker. The destination WAF may have logged a different source for that request (a separate process, a health check from another system, or cached DNS resolving to a prior origin). The three IPs shown in your dashboard are the addresses your service egresses from, and those are the ones your destination allowlist should contain.
