Hello, I have problems when I try to connect with my Railway server to an external FTP server via SSH.

Is it possible to connect to the external FTP with the "Static Outbound IPs"? (Where it says: "This will assign a permanent IP address which your service will use for outbound traffic, however it cannot be used for inbound traffic"). If not, what IP can I use to tell the FTP to allow access to my server's IP
