I believe all my environmental variables are correct as I have checked them extensively with Cursor and my application.properties file is correct also, but the database on Railway is giving me a ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'alternate'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

when I try deploying my project. All passwords are correct as far as I know and I am at the end of my rope. Help please.
