Unfortunately while we had a few successful deploys with less than 3 minutes of "creating containers" after limiting resources for the service, we had another one that failed after 1 hour, and multiple that took 15+ minutes again since. The inconsistency is becoming a problem for us. Is the only solution atm to avoid multi-region?
