Steps to reproduce:
Go to service → Variables tab
Click "Add Variable"
Enter variable name and value
UI shows "Applying 1 change" and gets stuck
This issue was marked as "resolved". This worked to push through before, but I tried to then sync my doppler connection to env vars and now I again have this issue.
Not actually resolved!:
"Applying staged changes might take longer than usual"

Hey, can you try changing an environment variable on your service and then applying the changes again? That should reset the "Applying 1 change" being stuck. If it persists, let us know.

im having the same issue when creating, changing, or deleting resources. Apply changes gets stuck in applying changes. I've update a var for a service, which get's it out of the stuck state, but when trying to deploy changes again, it gets restuck.

Have you tried retriggering the changes? Or discarding and applying again?
