Hi Team,
Although i add Cname in my domain provider's dashboard (hostingireland.ie), the status is still waiting for DNS update in railway.

I also opened ticket in hostingireland side, they are saying that i will need to ask the ui-dns name server providers about this as the DNS zone for this domain resides with them.

I'm not sure who they're referring to but Railway has nothing to do with your DNS
Perhaps the easiest option would be just to switch to Cloudflare DNS. Meaning use Cloudflare as a name server instead
Would that be possible for you?
