Storage bucket credentials fail to provision (BucketInstanceCredential not found)

I'm trying out the new Storage Buckets feature.

Project: Site

Environment: production

Region: sjc

I can create a bucket successfully, and it appears in the CLI:

$ railway bucket list

Sim

However, credentials are never created.

$ railway bucket credentials

Result:

BucketInstanceCredential not found

Attempting to regenerate them:

$ railway bucket credentials --reset

returns:

We couldn't create bucket credentials due to an unexpected error.

The dashboard also fails deployment with the same message:

"We couldn't create bucket credentials due to an unexpected error."

I've reproduced this with two different bucket names (Simulations and Sim).

CLI version:

railway 5.26.1

Is this a known issue, or is there something specific to my project/account that I should check?

Hey! You hit a platform-wide issue with bucket credential provisioning that was active when you reported this (status page: https://status.railway.com/incident/6K0GZ5NQ). It was fixed later that day.

Please run railway bucket credentials --reset again (or use the Credentials tab in the dashboard). Credentials should now provision correctly. If you still see an error, reply here and we'll investigate further.
