Strange behavior affecting all projects in the account

Hello Railway Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to report some strange and unexpected behavior that has been occurring across all projects within my Railway account, not just a single service or environment.

Over the past days, I have noticed issues such as:

  • Inconsistent behavior between deployments
  • Services behaving differently without configuration changes
  • Unexpected restarts / failures (if applicable)
  • Behavior that repeats across multiple projects in the same account

What makes this more concerning is that the same patterns are happening in every project, which makes me suspect a possible account-level, infrastructure, or platform-related issue rather than a project-specific misconfiguration.

I have already reviewed recent code changes, environment variables, and deployment settings, and I could not identify anything that would explain this behavior consistently across all projects.

Could you please help investigate whether there might be:

  • An issue related to my account
  • A recent platform change affecting deployments
  • Any known incidents or instability that could explain this behavior

If you need logs, project IDs, timestamps, or any additional information, I’ll be happy to provide them.

Thank you very much for your support and time.

Best regards,

Matheus

I experienced something similar, turns out I'd created a railway.json file (which I then forgot about) which was overwriting settings I'd configured in the canvas whenever a deployment was triggered via GitHub. It's worth checking this to rule it out in your case.
