strapi - admin password reset email not sent not reset and can't redeploy strapi

Hi Team

I have a hobby plan and hosted postres + strapi for my blogs. I do not know what issue that is, but the strapi admin password says invalid credentials and trying to reset the credentials does not fire an email.

  1. has anyone seen this issue ?

  2. If I redeploy Strapi, would I lose all the custom templates built using Strapi ?

  3. If yes, is there a way to not lose this by copying the disk state or snapshotting it including the entire disk state ?

  4. I cannot afford to redeploy this without saving the data and in future how do I ensure to have strapi backed up ?
