strapi backend panel missing content structure

I deployed my local strapi backend and imported my postgres database somewhat successfully (i can log in). But the content structure is not there. I have no idea what the reason is. The content structure is in the api folder, which is part of the repository i committed.

I would be very thankful for any hints.
