Strapi Develop Start Command Fail

Hello, I'm building a Strapi server from the template and when I tried to put "strapi develop" on the start command settings so I can develop my Strapi admin, it fails to build.

Never run Strapi in develop mode when on Railway, you will cause data loss, only ever run Strapi in develop mode locally.
