Title:
Railway builder out of disk space — deployments repeatedly failing
Description:
My FaceFare service cannot deploy because the Railway build
builder is repeatedly running out of disk space.
Project: FaceFare
Service: facefare
Environment: production
Builder: builder-lhoupo
Recent deployments:
33622421-f03a-4881-ad31-946c07973d08
56ddca77-8777-403b-b360-3186cb5439ab
0bd630a7-203f-4b9d-81f2-09c5cdfd2e55
The builds fail with:
E: You don't have enough free space in
/var/cache/apt/archives/
and:
OSError: [Errno 28] No space left on device:
'/tmp/pip-unpack-...'
I also removed the large tracked face-image files from the repository
and reduced the Docker build context, but the same builder continues
to run out of disk space.
The same builder, builder-lhoupo, is repeatedly assigned.
Please investigate the builder's exhausted filesystem and either
clear the builder storage or move/reassign the build to healthy
infrastructure.
This is currently preventing production deployment.

I’d make sure you’re not installing unnecessary dependencies or copying unnecessary directories or files during the build phase.
