Your "frontend_prolific" and "backend_prolific" services are both currently in the BUILDING state, which can indicate they are queued waiting for build capacity. As a Hobby plan user, deployments may be temporarily paused during high-traffic periods when Pro/Enterprise users require additional resources - you would see a "Limited Access" indicator in your dashboard if this is the case. Queued deployments will automatically process when capacity is available, or you can upgrade to the Pro plan to bypass the deployment queue.
