Stuck at Issuing TLS certificate for days.

Can anyone please help, my custom domain is stuck at "Issuing TLS certificate" for days, I tried removing and adding it again, but keep showing the same message. I've also checked on dnscheker and it's showing the correct value.

you'll need to remove the domain from your Railway service, and re-add it

the issue stems from your NS:

SERVFAIL looking up CAA for api-pulse.ravikumaroad.com - the domain's nameservers may be malfunctioning

so we couldn't re-try this appropriately. The only way to kick off a hard retry right now is by removing the domain from Railway, and re-adding it
