I've been stuck in building for 10 minutes. Normally I can build and deploy all in under 60 seconds for my api. Now I'm at 10 minutes and it's still just building. I've tried redeploying and it has made no difference. Is there a platform outage or something going on?

I see that builds are restored but they're still taking a long time to complete. I'm doing a new build of something now and it's at 5 minutes. It's usually done in under a minute
