Stuck Deploying Changes (Outage?)

Our service has been stuck deploying changes for 20+ minutes. I was able to cancel that change and have tried to deploy another one.

It's still stuck and refusing to deploy.

Never mind this can be closed. The deployments seem to be going through now. Not sure why they were stuck for ~30 minutes
