Stuck deployments

I've been trying to deploy a Postgres database for 10 minutes. It's been stuck in that state for at least 10 minutes, and I have no way to cancel it and start over. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Our database was shut down - redeployment not possible. Great.

The deployment is now complete, but 10 minutes is too long. In the end, a TCP Configuration error occurred.

Right now, it's taking too long to apply changes. It's impossible to work!

This was caused by a failure during TCP proxy creation on our end, which resulted in the abnormally long deployment time and the TCP configuration error. We can also see the "Applying 25 changes" workflow is taking longer than expected. This is a known pattern we're actively working to improve. If changes remain stuck, try discarding and re-applying them.
