Service shows Online, container starts cleanly (Uvicorn on 0.0.0.0:8080),
but zero HTTP requests reach the container. Tried: 5+ redeploys, restart,
volume delete/restore, domain delete/regenerate. Railway agent confirmed
this is a platform-side edge proxy routing issue. Please reassign routing.

Try using a VPN to access your service. I'm able to access the URL but I'm getting a 404.
