Custom domain app.dscss.no on service "dscss" (project DSCSS Pilot, environment pilot) has been stuck in certificate status ISSUING since 1 Oct 16:20 CEST. DNS is verified and propagated (CNAME to 3o3msvpl.up.railway.app). A certificate retry did not help and deleting the custom domain times out. Your support AI thread https://station.railway.com/support/custom-domain-app-dscss-no-stuck-in-cert-a59c7f4f concluded it needs the Railway team to unlock the domain resource. Please unlock it, or remove the custom domain so I can add it again.

Your domain's DNS is verified, the CNAME is propagated, and the certificate challenge path reaches us correctly. The certificate is now in a failed state rather than issuing, which means the earlier order cannot complete and a brand-new order is what it needs.
In the service's Settings, Networking section, the domain's row should now show a "Failed to issue TLS certificate" banner with a "Try Again" button, which starts that fresh order. There is no need to remove and re-add the domain, since that would issue a new CNAME target and make you redo your DNS.
