no its still stuck almost 11 minutes on container now

it finally went through at 13 minutes have another one going out now

Glad that one came through. If the next deployment gets stuck in the same way, cancel it and wait a few minutes before redeploying rather than queuing multiple attempts back-to-back. Let us know how it goes.
