Can you try disabling Metal Build Environment under your service's Settings > Build?

I wasn't using metal build environment. I am trying to build with metal build right now

turning on metal build env also not working for me

me too, tried several different types of depoy

are you on us east or us west?

east, tried to migrate to west but no success

creating new database works.

Hmmm, mostly looks like that deploy is having a bit of strain. We're working towards a fix involving startup times/performance and will let you know as soon as we get info.
This degraded performance issue seems to only be related to our US-East region so if it works for you temporarily switching to US-West should fix the flow of startup -> serve data!
