I'm trying to create a new project and any time I try to make changes to the service settings and deploy the changes, it gets stuck on applying the changes. I click Deploy and it says "Applying 2 changes" then just spins forever.
It's a brand new service, no files associated with it yet, only settings / build command / a few env variables.

Similar problem here, deploying changes is stuck. We can't update variables right now.

Same for me, via the status page, apparently it's resolved, but 100% not for me. Cant create new resources or make any updates

status page says its resolved, and it did update the one i had in queue, but now im trying to edit another variable and the same issue is occurring.
