I just bought a hobby plan but my project still stuck in limited Aceess can't dpeloy new verison of project.

Your Hobby plan is active and your $5 payment processed successfully. The "Limited Access" state you're seeing is a temporary deployment pause that can affect Free and Hobby tiers during periods of high platform demand, as documented here. Queued deployments will automatically process in order once the pause lifts, and no action is needed on your part. If you need to deploy immediately, upgrading to the Pro plan bypasses this queue entirely.

We understand the frustration. Your Hobby plan and payment are fine - this is caused by an ongoing incident where we're working through a build backlog from yesterday's disruption. Hobby plan builds are temporarily paused while we clear the queue, and your deployments will resume automatically once it stabilizes.
