Project is stuck on "Applying 2 changes" for 15+ minutes. I tried to delete two orphaned postgres volumes (postgres-volume and postgres-jghd-volume) and now:
- Volume deletions won't complete or cancel
- All new deployments stuck on "Initializing" with all steps showing "Not started"
- Can't cancel the pending deployments
- Railway CLI returns error decoding response body
Services are showing "Online · Initializing" but nothing is actually deploying. The old deployment is still active but I can't push new code.
Project: StudyAid (production environment)
Can someone manually clear the stuck operations?

Hey, the incident has been resolved and you should be able to re-deploy again by hitting CTRL + K and selecting "Deploy Latest Commit." If you have any issues, please feel free to open another help thread! Thanks for your patience.
