Project is stuck on "Applying 2 changes" for 15+ minutes. I tried to delete two orphaned postgres volumes (postgres-volume and postgres-jghd-volume) and now:
Volume deletions won't complete or cancel
All new deployments stuck on "Initializing" with all steps showing "Not started"
Can't cancel the pending deployments
Railway CLI returns error decoding response body
Services are showing "Online · Initializing" but nothing is actually deploying. The old deployment is still active but I can't push new code.
Project: StudyAid (production environment)
Can someone manually clear the stuck operations?

Hey, the incident has been resolved and you should be able to re-deploy again by hitting CTRL + K and selecting "Deploy Latest Commit." If you have any issues, please feel free to open another help thread! Thanks for your patience.
