Subject: Custom domain certificates stuck at VALIDATING_OWNERSHIP for 14+ hours
Both custom domains on my service have been stuck at CERTIFICATE_STATUS_TYPE_VALIDATING_OWNERSHIP since yesterday, and one binding was already deleted and recreated once without effect.

DNS shows DNS_RECORD_STATUS_PROPAGATED on both. The _railway-verify TXT records for both hostnames are published and visible on 1.1.1.1. Traffic reaches your edge (the app serves fine over the *.up.railway.app wildcard). CLI "certificate retry" refuses because status is VALIDATING, not failed. Please kick the validation or tell me what it's actually failing on.

I'm able to access the site just fine without any errors.
You can try removing the domain from Railway and add it back after ~10-15 mins though. Make sure to update DNS records as necessary.
