"Getting 'Customer not found' error when trying to subscribe to Hobby Plan. I have a card linked but it won't go through. Can someone DM me or tell me how to get help?"

In my case was the name in my account info, it was empty

I had a trial account which expired, Am trying to get the Hobby Plan, but when I try to add Credit card I get "Customer Not Found" error. Have tried adding multiple cards?

Pretty sad that 24 hours can go by and nothing is done about it, not even a word from support. And this is a direct loss of revenue for them too! Has anyone identified a more reliable alternative service? Might be time to migrate out.
