In my case was the name in my account info, it was empty

I had a trial account which expired, Am trying to get the Hobby Plan, but when I try to add Credit card I get "Customer Not Found" error. Have tried adding multiple cards?

Pretty sad that 24 hours can go by and nothing is done about it, not even a word from support. And this is a direct loss of revenue for them too! Has anyone identified a more reliable alternative service? Might be time to migrate out.
