Subject: Deployments Paused Despite Active Pro Plan

Hello Railway Support Team,

I'm experiencing an issue with my account where deployments have been paused, showing "Limited Access - Deploys have been paused temporarily" with the pause/resume button disabled.

Account Details:

Email: ammadmazhar990@gmail.com

Project: fieldflow-crm

Plan: Pro ($5/month) - Active and paid

Issue:

All deployments are paused

Cannot resume deployments (button is disabled)

Billing is up to date and payment successful

Current deployment is running but cannot deploy new changes

What I've Tried:

Verified billing status - payment successful

Checked account settings - everything looks correct

Attempted to resume deployments - button not clickable

Request:

Could you please unpause deployments on my account? I have an active Pro plan and need to deploy updates to my production application.

Apologies for this canned message but in an effort to help all our customers get back up and running, we are sending this bulk message. As you may know, we had a major interruption to our services yesterday. We've published a post-mortem if you'd like more information on the incident. It describes what happened and what we are doing to prevent it in the future. We are deeply sorry for the impact that it has had on you.

It is taking some time to bring everything back up, but we are working on it as fast as we can. In general, a redeployment should fix most service issues. Due to the volume of customers redeploying right now, builds and deploys may take longer than normal to process.
