Subject: Edge (railway-hikari) serving persistent "heavy traffic" challenge / 429 on a low-traffic service

My service's public domain (api.farofinance.app) returns an HTTP 429 "rate limited" / "This site is experiencing heavy traffic, complete the check below" challenge from railway-hikari on every request — including /health — from multiple IPs and from server-side callers (a Vercel app). The service itself is healthy (it serves /health 200 internally; boots clean). Actual traffic is near-zero (pre-launch). This started while on Trial and persisted after upgrading to Hobby. Please clear the edge challenge / check why anti-abuse is flagging this service.

Your domain's DNS and certificate are both valid, so the issue is not networking config. The symptoms you describe, a browser challenge on every request and non-browser callers fully blocked, match Under Attack Mode being active on your faro-api service. Check your service's Settings > Edge section and deactivate it if it's on - it's meant for active DDoS incidents, not always-on use, and it blocks all non-browser traffic entirely.
