Subject: GitHub repository synchronization issue – BTC-0/8astian-pro

Hello Railway Support,

I need help synchronizing my GitHub repository with my existing Railway service.

Project: fantastic-comfort

Environment: production

Service: 8astian-pro

GitHub repository: BTC-0/8astian-pro

Branch: main

The repository definitely exists and is private. I have confirmed that the Railway App is installed in my GitHub account and that BTC-0/8astian-pro is selected under Repository access → Only select repositories. I have saved the configuration several times.

However, Railway still shows:

  • “GitHub Repo not found”
  • “No repositories found” in the Connect Repo selector

I also confirmed that the service was previously deployed successfully from this repository.

The Root Directory has now been corrected to /, so the repository name is no longer being used as the root directory.

I have also refreshed the browser and reconfigured the Railway GitHub App permissions, but the repository still does not appear in Railway's repository selector.

Could you please refresh/resynchronize the GitHub repository integration/cache for this account and project, so that BTC-0/8astian-pro becomes available in the Railway repository selector?

Please do not delete or recreate the existing service, and please preserve its current variables, domain, deployment configuration, and environment.

Thank you.

The service currently has no GitHub repository linked to it (the source is disconnected), which is why the repo selector shows nothing. To reconnect it, go to your account settings and unlink your GitHub integration, then relink it. After that, open the service's Settings tab, find Service Source, and use Connect Repo to select your repository. If the repo still does not appear in the selector after relinking, click the Refresh button in the Connect Repo dialog to force a cache refresh.
