Subject: Postgres service auto-deleted by Railway System during Hobby upgrade

After upgrading to the Hobby plan, my original Postgres service
was automatically removed by "Railway System" (visible in Audit Logs).
A new empty Postgres service was created,
but all production data was lost.
Can the deleted Postgres volume/data be restored?
I can provide Service ID and Project ID via DM if needed.

This is NOT solved. I accidentally marked it.
My original Postgres data is still lost and needs recovery.
Please help restore the auto-deleted service volume.
