I didn't understand a bit, I bought a subscription for $5, but at the same time my service shows some consumption and amount.
can I use resources for $5 per month?

Heya, that's correct !
Our hobby plan costs $5/month and includes that $5 as usage credits. If you use $5 or less of resources, we won't charge you anything more. If you go over $5, we'll charge the extra in your next invoice.
