Subscription payment refused

Subscription payment cannot be completed. I've tried several cards, physical and virtual, and Stripe still says that the subscription was declined, even though nothing appears on the card statement or notification from the acquirer informing about the attempted purchase. Has anyone gone through something similar?

I sent a message to the notification email, but got the following response

I've also been having this issue. My payment cards don't go through either
