I suddenly saw a dotted line between my app and the database, and the database mounted volume suddenly goes to zero!! However in my backup of my database I have 1.8GB per each backup, which makes things weird.
In my another app with same backend, frontend, setup, everything goes fine (without dotted line, mounted volume shows something inside).
I am very concerned on my data. Can anyone explain what happens and how to fix it? And is my data safe and got permanently stored (or is now will be wiped if anything reboots?)

The dotted line itself isn’t necessarily a problem - it just means the app is referencing the database service’s variables.
The fact that backups show 1.8GB is a good sign - this suggests the data likely still exists.

The issue could be a mount path mismatch: The application might be writing to a different path than where the volume is actually mounted.
The mount path on your volume needs to match the mount path in your service.
