Suddenly, accessing my web app gets 404 error ("Not found")

The error page returned from the Railway server states:

"The train has not arrived at the station.

Please check your network settings to confirm that your domain has provisioned."

I am sure my application has not changed and I am sure that I had not touched any configuration or parameter (my last access to the Railway app project was months ago).

I have accessed my account on Railway and I've checked the app project; it is still marked as "online" and I've found nothing strange in the log files...

Please, can someone give me a hint on what's going on?

Thank you very much,

Nicola

I had the same issue. I had to enable Private Networking under the Network section in the settings and redeploy the app.

As indicated above, this is a known issue affecting older services that were deployed before a recent platform change requiring private networking to be enabled. Your service is running fine, but the networking path is broken. To fix it, go to your service's Settings > Networking, enable Private Networking, then redeploy your service.

So you just took down a bunch of sites, know it's an issue, and haven't alerted customers they need to take action

This took down three static sites I host without warning
