We may have found the issue. I had that dev check his Railway settings and he hadn't linked his Github account. We don't have anything to push yet, but if we push something before we get a response I'll follow up.

Moving forward, people who contribute to your repo need to link their GH account to their Railway account.

We could've done a better job messaging this changing the future and we will adjust moving forward.

I have definitely linked my github account and yet still get told sometimes that I need to approve it... not a big deal, just very inconvenient.

Hi Aaron Could you please check if your teammates 1) have their GitHub accounts linked to their Railway account 2) are added to the Railway team as a member?

Having both of those should allow them to deploy without needing approvals.
