first, make sure you actually deployed the variables after setting them in railway, just saving them isn't enough, you need to trigger a new deployment after adding them so they get picked up

second, go to your service settings tab and confirm railway is deploying the correct git branch, sometimes it builds from the wrong one and your variables won't be there
