i've upgraded to pro and sent a support email request, but getting this:
"We do not provide support over this email address."
could someone 👀

going forward support for pro users would be done through
but would this be something the community could help you with? if it is, you would likely get a much faster answer from the community

Yep we're in the process of migrating all support resources to https://help.railway.app/support
The community's typically faster than us for project-related help 🙂
