I'm seeing that there are strange metrics in my application, thousands of requests but I have no way to check if they are real people or simply DDos, why are requests like this allowed?

Your service has Under Attack Mode available but currently turned off. You can enable it from your service's Settings under the Edge section - it shows each new visitor a browser check before requests reach your app, blocking bot and DDoS traffic while letting legitimate users through. You can set it to run indefinitely or auto-expire after 1, 3, 12, or 24 hours.
