Project: surprising-friendship (816831bf-fc36-44a3-af67-ce5dbe1fea4c)

Environment: production (44f38048-d77a-4f6e-9941-94d4bff0258e)

Current MySQL Service ID: 6bb75127-19f1-4b9d-891f-86d9812c9303

Multiple MySQL services with TCP proxy on port 3306 are not generating MYSQL_PUBLIC_URL variable.

Services are healthy and running, but the public URL variable remains empty or shows as self-reference.

Tested: MySQL 9.4, MySQL 8.0 - same issue on both

Plan: Hobby (3 TCP proxies available)

Your account is on the Limited Trial (unverified), which restricts available ports and network access. TCP proxies on restricted ports will not generate a MYSQL_PUBLIC_URL. You can initiate verification at railway.com/verify to unlock full network access, or upgrade to the Hobby plan at railway.com/workspace/billing to remove the restriction entirely.
