TCP proxy not working. Postgres logs show "listening on 0.0.0.0:5432" and "ready to accept connections". Created fresh TCP proxy (switchyard.proxy.rlwy.net:55598), nc -zv returns connection refused. Deleted and recreated proxy 4 times. Private networking shows ready. This is blocking production work.

Hey, I was not able to reproduce this behavior on my end, removing and readding the TCP proxy (with the port 5432) seems to work. Can you show a screenshot of your public networking section?
