My project rodian.up.railway.app stopped being reachable yesterday.
Resolves to 69.46.46.64
Reachable over mobile data
Reachable from external uptime checkers
Not reachable from Totalplay (Mexico)
TCP connection to port 443 times out
Other Railway projects on 69.46.46.27 and 69.46.46.46 work correctly from the same Totalplay connection

Hello, my Railway service rodian.up.railway.app became unreachable yesterday from my ISP (Totalplay, Mexico).
The service is healthy and works from mobile networks and through Cloudflare WARP, but it times out directly from Totalplay.
DNS resolves:
rodian.up.railway.app -> 69.46.46.64
TCP test:
Test-NetConnection rodian.up.railway.app -Port 443
returns TcpTestSucceeded: False
Other Railway services from the same account resolve to:
69.46.46.27
69.46.46.46
and they work normally from the same Totalplay connection.
Could you check if there is any routing issue affecting the endpoint 69.46.46.64?
