A team member with edit access is not able to change branches on the railway deployment. They actions regarding github also have no effect (example disconnecting the branch). Is this a bug with railway?

Your workspace currently shows only 1 member, so the team member may not have been added at the workspace level yet. For changing GitHub branches and managing GitHub connections, the user needs the Admin role in the workspace, not just project-level Editor access. Project Editors can change some settings, but modifying service settings like the GitHub source configuration requires workspace Admin permissions. You can check and update their role at https://railway.com/workspace/members.
