We have a couple of members on our team where if they create a PR, the build is not triggered on Railway. I attached an image of how this shows up on Github. The thing is that this user is added to Railway as a member, also attached as an image.

This is affecting 2 users. One is shared in the image

Can you help us figure out why they don't trigger builds? Is it because the email addresses don't match ? To give context here, this member has the email address shown in railway as a secondary email address.

We have also tried to make it so that his railway email address is his primary github email address but still it doesn't work.

How can we solve this issue?
