The DNS records are correctly configured and fully propagated. Verified from multiple public resolvers (Google 8.8.8.8, Cloudflare 1.1.1.1, Quad9 9.9.9.9):
CNAME www.newcarcrm.com.br -> 2udtt7nc.up.railway.app.
TXT _railway-verify.www.newcarcrm.com.br -> "railway-verify=f54cc6df075ca3149c7477819b4cfe69d4282d83127ac10e7cc13634a0f096b3"
Both match exactly what the dashboard requests. The CNAME row already shows a green check, but the TXT row remains pending and no certificate has been issued.
Visiting the domain returns your "Not Found — The train has not arrived at the station" page (Request ID: Ab3gxi4yQ5eYrsJL2h0iww).
The same is happening with api.newcarcrm.com.br on the autocrm service.
DNS is hosted at Registro.br (Brazilian registrar). Could you please force a re-verification on your side?

Your DNS for www.newcarcrm.com.br is set up correctly, both the CNAME and the verification TXT match. Certificate re-issuance for that domain has been started and may take a few minutes to complete. For api.newcarcrm.com.br, the certificate is already valid and routes are active, so the 404 there is from your application rather than our edge.
