Hi there, I’m reaching out because I’m unable to modify the resource allocation for my services in the Zonatia project.
I recently updated my plan and confirmed payment three days ago, but the dashboard is currently preventing me from lowering my resource limits. Even when I adjust the CPU and Memory sliders to a lower value, the 'Save' / 'Accept' button does not appear, making it impossible to apply the changes.
The interface seems to be stuck at the 8 GB plan limit. It appears the UI is not registering the downscaling movement as a 'change' to trigger the save action. I have already tried refreshing the session, clearing the cache, and using different browsers, but the issue persists.
Since I am looking to optimize my consumption and stay within my intended budget, I need to be able to lower these limits immediately. Could you please check if there is a synchronization error between my billing status and the project settings, or if this is a known bug in the current dashboard version?"

This looks less like a billing issue and more like a dashboard state synchronization bug after the recent plan upgrade.
A few things to check and try:
1. Confirm the workspace/project is no longer locked to the upgraded plan tier.
2. Verify whether autoscaling or usage-based minimum limits are enabled, since these can sometimes prevent manual downscaling.
3. Try opening the service settings directly in an incognito window and check whether the API reflects the lower values even though the UI sliders do not trigger the “Save” state.
4. It may also help to temporarily increase the value slightly above the current allocation and then reduce it again, as the UI may not be detecting downward-only changes.
5. If the dashboard recently migrated billing or resource controls, there could be stale cached configuration tied to the old plan allocation.
From the behavior described, it seems the frontend is not detecting resource reductions as a valid configuration change, leaving the project effectively stuck at the 8 GB allocation despite billing being updated successfully.
Could you please verify:
- whether the project still has enforced minimum resource limits from the previous plan,
- whether the backend configuration differs from the dashboard display,
- and whether there is a known issue affecting downscaling in the current dashboard version?
The issue is currently preventing budget optimization and manual resource management for the Zonatia project.
