I'm also affected by this. My Telegram bots can't connect - getting "Network is unreachable" errors since around 09:00 UTC. Redeploying didn't help. Any ETA on fix?

if telegram blocked Railway IPs then there isn't much Railway can do, you could try proxying the requests but i'm not sure how legal that is in terms of Railway's terms of service.

I do notice on many outage report websites that people recently reported an outage in telegram, maybe that's the culprit?

We're aware of this - there's nothing we can do at the moment unfortunately, since Telegram is the one blocking our IPs

But did the Telegram reply back saying they will unblock your IP or they will not?
