My Telegram bot deployment is crashing on Railway.
Service: telegram-bot
Runtime: Python 3.13.12
The deployment fails with:
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'imghdr'
The error comes from the Telegram/Python dependencies while importing the bot.
Please help me fix the deployment. I believe the issue is that imghdr was removed from Python 3.13.
I would like to run the bot using Python 3.12 instead, without changing or deleting my bot code.
